It's Okay to Be Absent

We understand that our tenants have busy schedules, and it may not always be possible to be present during the property inspection. If you can't be there, don't worry. If we have a management set of keys, we can proceed with the inspection in your absence.

Online Self-Check Option

For added convenience, we offer an online self-check option. You'll receive an email invitation to complete an online maintenance report at your convenience within a 14-day window. This option has been particularly popular during the Covid-19 pandemic, offering tenants greater flexibility.

Rescheduling

If you can't be present and would prefer to reschedule the inspection, please let us know. We aim to be as accommodating as possible to ensure the inspection is conducted at a time that suits you.
