We adhere to the Tenant Fee Act 2019, meaning we don't charge fees for standard tenancy renewals. However, if you wish to make significant changes to your agreement, such as adding a new tenant the charges are as follows:

• Deed of Assignment Fee: £60 inc VAT. This covers the preparation and execution of the legal document needed to transfer tenancy responsibilities.

• Deposit Administration Fee: £30 inc VAT. This is for the administrative efforts in updating the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) with the new tenant's details.

• Referencing Fee: £42 inc VAT. Required for the new tenant's referencing checks, conducted by Canopy, including Right to Rent verification.
