  1. Renew for Another Fixed Term: The most common choice among our tenants is to renew for another 12-month period. This option provides stability and locks in your rent for another year, offering peace of mind.

  2. Monthly Periodic Tenancy: If you're looking for more flexibility, you might consider transitioning to a monthly periodic tenancy. This allows you to stay in the property on a month-to-month basis. While this offers greater flexibility, it's subject to landlord approval.

  3. Vacate the Property: If you decide it's time to move on, you have the option to vacate the property at the end of your current agreement. We'll need confirmation of this in writing, and we'll provide you with all the necessary check-out instructions.

To express your choice, you'll need to complete a simple online form that we send out as part of our renewal process. This form also allows you to put forward any special requests or conditions you might have for the upcoming term.
