You might find that something isn't working as expected, or perhaps you've noticed something broken which may not have been reported as such by the previous tenant. While it's natural to want to settle in as quickly as possible, it's crucial to address these issues promptly to ensure a smooth tenancy.
Why Use the Street App?
We recommend using the Street App, our online maintenance reporting tool, for several reasons:
Detailed Logging: the Street App allows you to provide a detailed description of the issue, including the ability to upload photos. This helps us understand the problem better and speeds up the resolution process.
Instant Receipt: Once you've submitted your report, you'll receive a receipt with prescribed information, confirming that we've received your request.
Issue Tracking: the Street App keeps a log of all reported issues, making it easier to track the status of your request and any previous reports related to the issue.
How to Use the Street App
Using the Street App is straightforward. Simply click the link report a maintenance issues and navigate to issue. From there, you can submit a new maintenance request. Follow the prompts to describe the issue and upload any relevant photos.
Inventory and the Street App
While you have 14 days to list any items missed on the inventory, it's essential to report maintenance issues through the Street App. This ensures that all issues are documented and can be linked to any previous reports, providing a comprehensive history.
Email Communication
You're welcome to send an email to your property manager with your concerns. However, please note that these issues will also need to be recorded via the Street App and/or documented in the inventory for official tracking.
