10.4.1. Where the Landlord is entitled to do anything at the cost or expense of the Tenant and thereby incurs a loss, then the Tenant shall pay by way of damages the loss so suffered by the Landlord promptly and when requested.

Intention of the Clause:
If the landlord incurs a loss due to the tenant's actions, the tenant is required to reimburse the landlord.

Why It's Important:
This clause protects the landlord from financial loss due to the tenant's actions or negligence.
