Locked Out or Lost Keys: What to Do Next
Edited

Getting locked out of your home or losing your keys can be a stressful experience. Here's a step-by-step guide on what to do if you find yourself in such a situation.

Step 1: Report the Issue

The first thing you should do is report the issue through our online portal, Fixflo. This will provide you with the appropriate contact number to call for further assistance.

Step 2: Office Hours Solution

If the incident occurs during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm), you may be able to collect a management set of keys from our office. A £50 deposit will be required to take the keys, which will be refunded upon their return.

Step 3: Lost Keys

If you've lost your keys, you'll need to arrange for a new set to be cut. The cost for this will be your responsibility.

Important Points to Note:

  • Deposit for Office Keys: A £50 deposit is required for borrowing the management set of keys. This is refunded when the keys are returned.

  • Cutting New Keys: If you've lost your keys, you'll need to arrange and pay for a new set to be cut.

  • Fixflo Reporting: Always report the issue through Fixflo first to get the necessary contact details and guidance.

Being locked out or losing your keys is inconvenient, but knowing what steps to take can make the process less stressful. Always remember to report the issue through Fixflo first, and if you're in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
