To report a maintenance issue, tenants should visit the FixFlo link found on our website under the services section, or by clicking here. We recommend saving this link for quick and easy access in the future. The portal guides you through a series of questions to help us understand the issue better, ensuring that we can address it as efficiently as possible.

Why use FixFlo? The platform offers several advantages:

  1. Transparency: All parties can track the status of the issue, from the initial report to its resolution.

  2. Efficiency: Reporting online helps us to categorise and prioritise issues more effectively.
