Collecting the keys to your new property is one of the final steps in the rental process and marks the beginning of your new chapter. Here's what you need to know about key collection:
When and Where to Collect Keys
Location: You can collect your keys from our office.
Timing: Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Start Date: Keys can be collected from the contract start date as specified in your Tenancy Agreement.
Number of Sets
Each occupier will be provided with one set of keys.
Additional sets can be provided within reason, subject to availability.
Important Points to Note
Identification: Please bring a valid form of ID when you come to collect your keys.
Tenancy Agreement: Ensure that all paperwork, including the signing of the Tenancy Agreement and payment of the initial deposit and first month's rent, signing to confirm receipt of the inventory is completed before you come for key collection.
Office Hours: Please plan your visit according to our office hours. If you foresee any issues with collecting the keys during our business hours, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements, if possible.
