We use Goodlord's secure online portal to facilitate the referencing process. You'll be asked to upload all necessary documents digitally, which speeds up the verification process.

It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive references from current employers and landlords. Some delays can occur, so it's good to inform your references in advance that they'll be contacted.

Credit checks are usually completed within 24-48 hours.

Once all references and checks are completed and reviewed, we aim to give you a final decision within 7-10 business days from the start of the application.

While we strive to adhere to these timelines, delays can occur due to incomplete information or slow responses from references. We recommend keeping in close contact during this period for updates.
